While we take our accuracy seriously, our customers also need to realise that we do not offer a 100% covenant on our recommendation. Once a service has been subscribed to and payment has been made, the customers will start receiving the recommendations they requested. If, for some unforeseen reason, the customer is not satisfied with our services, they may contact us to seek oversight on future recommendations.
We at Marketmind Research Private Limited strive to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. However, in the unlikely event that a customer is unable to receive our WhatsApp Broadcast messages or emails due to issues from their end, such as mobile number deactivation, internet connectivity problems, or device settings, we will consider the service as delivered if our WhatsApp Broadcast or email service provider's records confirm that the messages were successfully sent to the customer's registered details available with us. In such cases, refund requests citing non-receipt of messages will not be entertained. We strongly advise customers to keep their mobile data, WhatsApp and email active during market hours and trading days once the service is activated to ensure uninterrupted delivery of our services and messages, if any.
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for the paid period of services already availed by the client. Complaints or dissatisfaction regarding the quality of services during the paid period shall not entitle the client to any refund or compensation.
As per SEBI guidelines, if a client requests to cancel the subscription, a refund shall only be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period. The refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting the charges for the services already availed, including applicable taxes and administrative fees.
Refunds will not be provided for the period of services already availed, irrespective of the client's satisfaction with the recommendations or the outcome of trades.
Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Profits and losses incurred due to the use of our recommendations are solely the responsibility of the client.
